Usefully Yours LLC (“Usefully Yours,” “we,” or “us”) makes PictoPop, Dayphrase, Still Her, Peak Weekend, and Growthmaxing. This policy describes information handled through this website and our support correspondence. Product-specific sections below explain the apps’ different data practices.

2. Visiting this website

You can browse the product information without creating a Usefully Yours account. We do not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts to this website. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.

The hosting service may use essential cookies or account information to control access to a private preview. Those hosting and sign-in services operate under their own privacy terms. The interactive graphics on this site run in your browser; pointer movements are not sent to us.

3. When you contact us

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit or store your message on this website. If you send that email, we receive your address, name if supplied, message, and any attachments you choose to include.

We use support correspondence to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, and maintain necessary records. Please avoid sending health records, private photographs, passwords, or payment information. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store messages.

4. Use, sharing, and service providers

We use information for the purposes described in this policy: providing the services you request, supporting you, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell website visitor or support correspondence data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers may process information on our behalf to deliver hosting, email, purchases, or a feature you elect to use. The product sections explain those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people and the security of our services, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

5. Retention and security

We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations. Technical log retention is governed by the hosting service’s operational and security requirements. We do not promise a fixed retention period for records controlled by another provider.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us about personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or exercise applicable access, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy rights by emailing help@usefullyyours.com. Rights and exceptions depend on your location. We may need to verify your request using proportionate information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

We can act on records we control, such as support messages. To manage data stored only on your device, use the app’s controls. Copies shared with others, Apple records, and backups stored elsewhere must be managed separately. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also have a right to complain to that authority.

7. Children

This studio website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an account or submission service. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion. Product eligibility differs: Still Her is for adults, and PictoPop’s optional Social feature is for people aged 14 and older when available.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, services, or legal obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent when required. New uses that require consent will not be applied to previously collected information without that consent.
