Your learning stays on your device
Dayphrase stores your name, preferences, saved phrases, lesson progress, and review history on your device. You do not need a Dayphrase account. The app does not use advertising tracking. Your learning profile and practice history are not sent to RevenueCat.
Optional speaking practice
Microphone and speech permissions are requested when you start speaking practice. Apple’s speech recognition transcribes audio on your device when supported; otherwise audio may be processed by Apple online under Apple’s privacy policy. Dayphrase does not save voice recordings or send them to a server operated by Usefully Yours. Transcripts are shown during the current practice session.
Purchases and subscription services
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase history, subscription status, an anonymous app user identifier, and app/store information to verify access, restore purchases, support subscriptions, and measure paywall performance. We do not send RevenueCat your name, learning progress, or voice recordings. Neither Dayphrase nor RevenueCat receives your payment card details. Purchase services require an internet connection.
Reminders, backups, and deletion
Optional reminders are scheduled locally and can be switched off in Dayphrase or iOS Settings. Export your progress from your profile, or use Reset learning progress to remove saved learning data and reminders. Your device backup settings may include app data.
Resetting progress or deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. For privacy or support requests, email help@usefullyyours.com.
Website and support privacy
