1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Usefully Yours website and describe general conditions for our apps. The services are provided by Usefully Yours LLC. By using the website or an app, you agree to applicable terms. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant service.
App-specific purchase terms shown before payment and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact help@usefullyyours.com with questions.
2. Using our website and apps
Use our services lawfully and in ways that respect other people. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, infringe rights, or misuse support or optional community features. You are responsible for your device, your internet connection, and maintaining copies of information you want to keep.
You may use the apps for their intended personal purposes. We retain rights in our software, branding, artwork, and original content. Do not redistribute our curriculum, artwork, or software as another product without permission, except as permitted by law. You retain rights you hold in your own photos, notes, and other content.
3. Availability and changes
Products marked “In the making” are in development. Screens, content, features, pricing, and release plans may change. Product images illustrate the experience and may contain sample data. We do not guarantee a release date or availability in every region or on every device.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services, subject to applicable law and any commitments made when you purchased. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
The app’s Apple purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, and included access before you confirm payment. Apple charges your Apple Account. Some features may be offered through a one-time purchase, a lifetime option, or an auto-renewing subscription, depending on the app and offer.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled as required by the purchase terms, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. Deleting an app, resetting its data, or purchasing a lifetime option does not itself cancel an existing subscription. Access ordinarily continues through the remaining paid period after cancellation.
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its applicable rules and local law. Use Restore purchases with the original Apple Account if access needs to be restored. A lifetime purchase refers to access to the applicable product or features for their supported lifetime; it does not promise perpetual service or every future product.
5. Product-specific use
PictoPop is a creative photo tool. Face effects and comparisons are playful transformations, not identity verification or assessments of a person. Only edit or share images you have rights and permission to use. Optional Social, when available, is for eligible users aged 14 and older and is subject to its community rules. You grant the limited permissions needed to store, process, moderate, and deliver content you choose to post. Harmful, unlawful, or infringing content may be restricted or removed.
Dayphrase provides English lessons and practice for personal educational use. Learning outcomes vary. Level labels are not certified assessments, and speaking feedback is a practice aid rather than a professional evaluation of accent or pronunciation. Do not redistribute its curriculum as another learning product.
Still Her is a general wellness and record-keeping tool for adult women already using clinician-prescribed GLP-1 medication. It is not a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not decide medication doses, assess nutritional adequacy, or replace a clinician. Discuss changes to food, exercise, medication, and symptoms with your care team. Do not rely on the app for emergency care.
6. Privacy and your content
Our privacy policy explains the different practices of the website and each app. You control local content and choose when to export or share it. Some optional features involve third-party processing, described in the relevant product policy.
Keep backups of important local content. Removing an app or resetting its data may remove local information. Shared copies, device backups, and Apple Health records are managed separately.
7. Third-party services
Apple, hosting, purchase services, email providers, and any services you choose for sharing have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Links do not constitute an endorsement of all content or practices on another website.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional promises of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or specific results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses where the law permits that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory warranties or consumer remedies. Your rights under the laws that apply to you remain in place.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Usefully Yours LLC at help@usefullyyours.com.
