Your records and private photos
Still Her does not require a Still Her account and does not operate a server for your health entries. Your entries, routines, preferences, and private reference photos are stored on your device. The app does not include advertising tracking, remote photo analysis, or health-data marketing analytics.
Private reference photos use device file protection and are excluded from normal device backups. They are not automatically added to Apple Photos. Structured records may be included in backups according to your device settings. Optional device-owner authentication helps control access to the app.
Optional Apple Health connection
Where available, Apple Health access requires your permission. Still Her can read recent dietary protein, dietary energy, and strength workout information for an in-memory view. Imported readings are excluded from Still Her exports, encrypted backups, and Visit Briefs. Denying access does not remove the core app experience.
Saving a reviewed completed workout to Apple Health is a separate action requiring permission. Disconnecting Health or deleting local Still Her records does not delete a workout already saved in Apple Health. Manage those records and permissions in Apple’s Health app.
You choose what to share
Visit Briefs and other exports are created and shared only when you choose. Private reference photos are excluded from Visit Briefs. You can create a password-encrypted portable backup that includes records and, if selected, private photos. You choose where the backup is stored. We do not operate a backup server or provide password recovery.
People or services you send a brief, export, or backup to handle that copy separately. Retain backup passwords securely and delete unneeded exported files from their destination.
Purchases and reminders
Apple processes purchases. Still Her uses RevenueCat to display purchase options and verify access. RevenueCat processes purchase-related information and an anonymous app-user identifier for these services and associated purchase analytics. Still Her does not send your food entries, strength records, appointment notes, reference photos, or Apple Health readings to RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details.
Optional reminders are scheduled on your device; notification previews are configurable. Deleting the app or resetting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s Subscriptions settings to manage it. If you buy a one-time access option while subscribed, cancel the subscription separately if you no longer want it to renew.
Deleting local Still Her data does not delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Their retention practices apply. Contact help@usefullyyours.com with purchase-data privacy questions or requests.
Deleting your information
Delete-all removes local entries, private reference photos, generated briefs and exports held by the app, reminders, and local preferences. Copies you previously shared or stored elsewhere, and records saved in Apple Health, remain under your separate control.
